Abrazo Health Care (Fortune #484) retained David Gomez & Associates, Inc. (DG&A) in the past year to perform multiple executive level positions. Currently, DG&A is recruiting on Paradise Valley Hospital’s Chief Nursing Officer and Arrowhead Hospital’s Human Resources Director.

Abrazo Health is comprised of five acute care hospitals, one cardiovascular hospital, a physician medical group, two health plans, and several service-specific institutes and centers. The hired CNO at Paradise Valley Hospital will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of the hospital’s activities, to ensure compliance with established objectives. The Patient Services Administrator provides administrative support and leadership to patient services in order to develop a customer-focused, quality-driven, business-oriented organization throughout the hospital. The hired candidate must be able to balance financial management with the delivery of customer service consistent with the standards of care.

The future Human Resources Director will be responsible for advising Arrowhead’s CEO, and other members of the Leadership Team, on strategic human capital issues and opportunities. They will anticipate and address enterprise risk factors related to talent management. The HR Director will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR strategic plans for the hospital, in collaboration with senior leaders to ensure alignment of people initiatives with objectives and business unit plans. The hired candidate will direct the continuing development and deployment of Tenet-specific training programs to build organizational skills, foster change management competencies, and achieve goal alignment in support of business imperatives and opportunities
