David Gomez & Associates has placed Jeannine Houlihan as the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Chief Information Officer.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is the world’s leading nonprofit health agency dedicated to finding treatments and cures for muscular dystrophy, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and other neuromuscular diseases.  

After a diligent search of 98 days, Jeannine Houlihan accepted the position of CIO at MDA. Jeannine holds a Masters of Business Administration, a Masters Certificate in Project Management, and is certified in ScrumMaster, ITIL Foundation, and PMP. Jeannine Houlihan has held various Director positions and has worked in the information technology industry for almost a decade.  Her expertise includes management in portfolio & program, service delivery, financial, and contract & vendor.

Most recently, Jeannine was a Strategic Planning IT Director, where she strategically planned and managed the global HR and Legal IT investment portfolio, as well as implemented key projects that improved HR and legal business processes.  Jeannine also led the design and development of the Visualforce NDA.

Jeannine Houlihan’s vibrant track record points towards a bright future at MDA. Our team at DG&A wishes Jeannine the very best as the new MDA CIO!
