Community Transit recently retained David Gomez Partners, Inc. to search for their next Director of Customer Experience.
Community Transit has grown into a leader in public transportation systems for the Puget Sound region of Washington over the past four decades. Community Transit provides transportation services for more than 2,100 stops and 22 park and ride lots with more than 7,355 parking stalls. From its humble beginnings as a small, local bus service, Community Transit now serves more than half a million people in Snohomish County.
The position of Director of Customer Experience is responsible for setting the vision to combine technology, strategies, and resources to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. They seek out customer input and discover new technologies to enhance the customer experience. The Director of Customer Experience provides innovative leadership both internally and externally to the agency to discover emerging technologies that will drive customer engagement and achieve the agency’s mission.
