Leading Outpatient PT Provider Hires Outstanding Director of Talent

Below is an example of how David Gomez Partners, Inc. built a mutually beneficial relationship with a client that generated 13 positions with the organization in under five months. ATI Physical Therapy is a nationally-recognized rehabilitation provider, specializing in research-based physical therapy, workers’ compensation rehab, employer worksite solutions, sports medicine, home health, and a variety of specialty therapies.

In 65 days, ATI Physical Therapy hired an experienced Human Resources professional with a track record of achieving 2,300 placements per year. Already, she has centralized the recruiting function for the organization and is working towards strategically planning for the anticipated addition of more than 2,000 employees over the course of the next two years. ATI Physical Therapy is growing at an incredible pace, and is focusing on expanding clinics to serve patients in 25 states over the course of the next few months.

During the execution of this assignment ATI Physical Therapy was so impressed with our work that they also requested our assistance on 10+ additional positions:

  • Vice President of Home Health
  • Vice President of IT Business Systems
  • Senior Director of People Operations
  • Director of Patient Experience
  • Director of Payor Relations (3 Positions – East, Midwest, and West Regions)
  • Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits
  • Manager of Learning & Organizational Development
  • University Relations Program Manager
  • Recruiting Manager
  • Senior Financial Analysts (3 Positions)

We are proud to announce that these candidates are still with ATI Physical Therapy and their Director of Talent’s 180-day onboarding call will commence at the end of June. During the 30 and 90-day onboarding calls, the hiring manager has been incredibly pleased with the results of these candidates and feel we significantly exceeded their expectations. ATI PT was just acquired by another private equity company to increase capital. We can’t take full credit, but having a centralized recruiting function has certainly made them a more attractive operation to acquire.
