Chicago, IL, May 24, 2023- Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) announced today their vacancy for a Family Practice Physician to join their staff of mission-centered medical professionals who desire to make a bigger impact on community and public health.
Founded in 1991, Christian Community Health Center (CCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and 501 (C)3 non-profit organization that has been providing high-quality primary care, oral care, and behavioral health services for more than 27 years. CCHC strives to meet the holistic needs of the communities they serve by incorporating primary medical treatment and a comprehensive slate of supportive programs. They currently operate seven sites throughout the Chicagoland area, including three community health centers, and a mobile health van providing a wide range of primary medical care and social services.

Christian Community Health Center is seeking a physician leader whose values align with the organization and the communities they serve. The new Family Practice Physician will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to individuals and families of all ages and backgrounds and may serve in all locations as needed to collaborate with other healthcare professionals in providing coordinated, integrated care.
