The new Director of Talent Management will play a significant role in the design and execution of strategically aligned organization’s wide talent management initiatives. The individual in this role will lead ongoing talent initiatives within Feeding America, including talent and career development. The Director of Talent Management partners with HR colleagues and all levels of the organization to identify functional and organizational needs, and to implement talent management solutions at Feeding America.
