Chicago, March 1, 2023 – Not-for-Profit giant Feeding America announced today their vacancy for Director of Talent Management to lead the Human Resources Department to the next level of service for its stakeholders and the communities they service. The new Director of Talent Management will play a significant role in the design and execution of strategically aligned organization’s wide talent management initiatives. The individual in this role will lead ongoing talent initiatives within Feeding America, including talent and career development. The Director of Talent Management partners with HR colleagues and all levels of the organization to identify functional and organizational needs, and to implement talent management solutions at Feeding America.
For over 40 years, Feeding America has responded to the hunger crisis in America by providing food to people in need through a nationwide network of food banks. Feeding America is the largest charity working to end hunger in the United States. They partner with food banks, food pantries, and local food programs to bring food to people facing hunger. They advocate for policies that create long-term solutions to hunger.
